They didnt have a Forester with the color and options she was looking for, and I was expecting some high pressure to settle on a car in stock. I considered two other cars (Honda and Mazda) in my search for a new small SUV after reading Consumer Reports reviews. Subaru of Spokane was the second of my three dealership visits. Marshall Cusick was the salesman who greeted me and showed me the Forester model (Touring) that I was most interested in. We went on a test drive and then Marshall very capably answered the questions which I had about the car. It turned out that the Limited model provided all the features that I wanted, so I saved some money in the process. I returned two days later and looked again at the car with Marshalls assistance. Because I had a busy afternoon in front of me, I intended to return the following week to close the deal. However, with the assistance of Marshall, Sam Lagrou, and Mary Alexander, it was possible to complete the transaction in a relatively short amount of time. Eric was amazing! When my family and I fell in love with the Subaru legacy for my car we realized it was just too far out of our price range. We knew this before but tried to see if it could work, Eric did not push this on us at all. Eric called my dad and said they had got a new one In about 2 weeks later. It was a Subaru legacy (my dream car). Safety and necessity is first priority but since this is my first car I was really hoping for color and a sunroof, a shot in the dark in the used car business because its limited choice. Eric was able to find the car, the requirements my dad had, and even my sunroof and dark blue desire. He called us up when it first came in proving he stays true to his word of not giving up, because I was devastated when my dad said no to the previous. He kept it in our price range and it met every single one of our requirements and I could not be happier. He was never pushy or demanding or forcing. Wein to inquire why the car we started the paperwork for and allowed to pull our credit score was sold right out from under us. We had an appointment at 10 am in the morning the next day to sign the papers and buy it. They lied to our face by telling us that it is illegal to hold a car when many companies we went to allowed such things. They told us this just to make a quick buck. Not only did this happen but Mr. Stockwell disrespected not only me but my father as well. I was very upset by this failure to acquire this car and he had the audacity to say "well if you wanted the car so badly you should have dug into your pocket and paid for it yesterday" need I say more. Never am I going to be shopping here again and referring everyone I know and everyone my father knows being very well known to not consider buying from here. Disrespect and offense is what awaits customers with David Stockwell in charge.

I researched the car I wanted in detail, studying various wed sites, including Consumer Reports. Then I shopped on line for a 2014 Forester and got the best deal at Spokane Subaru. At the same time I was somewhat loyal to Auto Nation in the Valley as I had a positive experience with them purchasing my truck some years back. I was on my way to Auto Nation with the plan of purchasing a vehicle from them and received an offer over the phone from Sam at Spokane Subaru. His first question was, "What do I need to do to earn your business". He made an offer that instantly beat all offers I had. Let me first start out that I absolutely HATE dealerships. If I had it my way, I would never step foot into one. However, I spotted a car that I have been wanting for a long time. And the funny thing is...it wasnt even a Subaru or a new car at all. It was a 2007 Honda Civic. With that being said, I was still treated as if I was buying a NEW car. Friendly people, awesome facility and really great pricing. I had new tires put on the car, the windshield was cracked, and without me even mentioning it, they wanted to set up a time to have me bring it in and replace it free of charge. I have bought brand new and used vehicles in the past, and let me be honest-they do tend to treat you different in each of those circumstances. I can tell you first hand-that whether you buy new or used here, they will treat you as if youre buying the most expensive car on the lot. I dealt with Eric Meland over the span of 2 days and within those 2 days he kept me in the loop of the car I wanted and even sent me pictures .....any time I asked for them. I would highly recommend anyone in looking here before they look anywhere else for a car-new or used. Last thing-I drove my other vehicle there and after my deal was done (well under the asking price within MY price range), they drove my other vehicle home for me so I wouldnt have to worry about getting it back the next day. Pretty awesome service if you ask me. Hopefully I wont have to buy another vehicle any time soon, but if I do, Im going here.

This was a phone sale to be delivered to my daughter. Dustin was very informative as to the car details as well as registration, titling and fees. When I made my offer, he represented it to the sales manager in a professional manner and called me when it was accepted. Then he helped my daughter by providing her guidance on the necessary documents for registration. This continued even on his day off. Before delivery, he inspected the car, provided mats, and found an extra set of keys through the previous owner. In the past when I have purchased vehicles at a dealership the sales people have often resorted to high-pressure tactics. These tactics included pressuring me to purchase vehicles that were not in my preferred price range, vehicles I was not interested in purchasing, and options such as extended warranties and insurance. But at Spokane Subaru, there were no high-pressure sales tactics. Sam showed me vehicles in my preferred range only, and vehicles he believed my wife would like (she wasnt present). We quickly found the right car for her and after a test drive, began the paperwork. Tyler Holmes was very expedient with the financing and stayed in my parameters I had set for the interest rate and monthly payment amount. From the moment my wife and I walked into the dealership and met Sam, we agreed that this was not your typical car salesman and he proved us right throughout the process of buying our new Forester. We were ready to buy a car on our first visit (however, not in a rush) should the price and options package fall into line with our expectations. On that day, they had only one Forester and it was not equipped with the options my wife and I had in mind. Rather than feeling pushed into finding something on the lot that would work, we felt that Sam listened to us, and worked with us to find the car we wanted. During the month that it took to locate our car, Sam searched different dealerships and updated me on new shipments and inventory until he found the car that my wife and I were looking for. My overall experience in buying my first car from Subaru of Spokane was positive. The only complaint that I have is that I was given a guarantee that if anything were to happen to my car mechanical or anything else, I was to bring back the car immediately and have them fix it for no cost to me. Well my luck, after owning it for 4 days, someone shot my passenger door with a bb gun. It chipped the paint and left a dent in it. I brought it back and ended up talking to several people who eventually led me to their shop. They told me it was going to cost me $600 to fix a tiny hole in my door. All I wanted and all I asked for was to put a patch on it to keep it from rusting. I told them the guarantee I was promised but no one would follow through or even call the dealership about it. I am disappointed that I was not given the guarantee I was promised, but my overall car buying experience was nothing but positive and I will be coming back to the dealership to buy my next car.

When I read these reviews on this dealership/employee Steven Blue, it nauseated me and led me to write this review. Drive the extra miles andto McCurley Integrity Dealership in Pasco WA. Their name says it all... I am contacting Subaru Corporation back east as well to tell them how horrible our experience was with Lithia Subaru of Spokane. We were treated very rudely in just the five minutes that we dealt with Steven Blue (there was a witness) He wanted us to PAY for a car up front, before we would be allowed to even see the car. He was insulted that we wanted to "SEE IT, FEEL IT, TOUCH IT: (his words) and yes, even DRIVE IT before we bought it... when we declined we were told we were wasting his time. He told us in order for us to see a specific car that was not at their dealership we would have to pay a $300.00 non refundable deposit.to have it traded to his dealership. Later the manager told me $200.00 and even later another salesman told me it would not cost nothing if I would come and see it once it was in.The car was not there on the day that we were scheduled to see it,,, so we drove to Pasco, saw the car, drove it and immediately bought it from McCurley Subaru and had a pleasant experience. This review is just the tip of a huge iceberg...Skip Spokane andto Pasco, it will be worth everyones time!

I have been looking for an older Subaru for several weeks through private sellers/ auto trader and local dealers in my Moscow/Pullman location. I bought a used low mileage Jeep at this dealer and the salesman Eric was amazing. However 6 months later at 37,000 miles the transmission completely fell apart from the inside out. It was towed to another dealership due to Subaru being closed and they told me that having had this vehicle such a short amount of time that there was no way the service dept at Subaru did thier inspections of it because it should have been caught at that time. I called Subaru and they knowing my situation and thier roll in this still quoted me higher then anybody for the transmission repairs. I went elsewhere and the day after I got the new transmission in the car the engine started misfiring. I went into the Spokane Subaru dealership and talked to the guy that sold me the car and explained to him the problems I was having with it. I told him I wanted paperwork proving that it had been inspected before purchase and he said no problem with that. He wanted me to talk to a manager and I waited around with my children for the manager. When he came out he was extremely rude, not even allowing me to talk. I asked for the paperwork and he made all kinds of excuses on why I couldnt have that proof. Everytime I would open my mouth to talk he would quiet me. I have never dealt with somebody so rude in this buisness and we buy a lot of new cars. I still do not have the proof I am requestiong. I will make sure nobody I know goes into this dealership. And I will make sure that the way thier people treat the customers and the quality of thier cars is known.

He got an A+ in our previous dealings with him and I knew Id experience the same thing again. We did. The price negotiation for the car was simple and fair; he kept us apprised of inventory and options for purchase; he worked with our familys schedule to allow us to do the paperwork one day and pick up the car on another day (that was a big deal for us); and then when it came time to pick up the car, Steve made himself available on an off day because thats what was needed for our pick-up schedule (even when we emphasized that we could pick up the car another day!!); and then he could not have been better showing us how the particulars of the car functioned. This could not have been an easier purchase.

I had a terrible experience at another dealership. They didnt want my business it was so frustrating I was reluctant to eveninto another dealership. I was really interested in a used vehicle and was searching online for one when I happened onto the Subaru of Spokane website and decided to IM them asking if they had any used vehicles in my price range. Mike got back to me and said they didnt but he asked if he could see if a new vehicle could work. My budget was tight but we found a vehicle that at least was in the ballpark and it was close enough that I didnt feel like it was an up sale, it was important that he listened to my budget. Mike and I conversed over email no pressure or anything to come to some sort of a mutual agreement that came close to my budget. The most important thing was staying in my budget and Mike showed that he was more than willing to bridge any gaps within reason. The fact that they committed to what I considered to be an excellent deal even before coming into the dealership shows how much Mike wants to provide for his customers. The Vehicle that I got was a great value at the right price, and I can thank Mike for providing all that in an upfront, honest, positive experience.

We would use Dustin again for a new car or used car purchase. After we ordered and purchased our new Subaru, we had difficulties finding the time to have both of us come down to the dealership since we live pretty far out. Dustin drove 25 miles one way and picked me up at home, then another salesman ran the paperwork to my husband at work to complete. We had already signed on the dotted line. The salespeople work together at Subaru of Spokane. When Dustin was away on vacation, Mike Doak helped us, then returned us to Dustin to complete our order and purchase. There was no "ownership" of a customer as we experienced at another local dealership. The whole experience was the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. Customer service was 10++++.

I came into Subaru of Spokane expecting to trade in my existing 2007 Outback for a new Outback. My friends recently visited and recommended Dustin to me, so I asked for him. He took us to see the Outbacks where I was quickly and surprisingly disappointed in the some of the changes Subaru made. We went on a test drive and while the Outback had the nice new feel to the ride, it lacked the pzazz I was expecting primarily with the tiny sunroof and the wood accents inside. Dustin was very patient with me while I tried and tried to get excited and snooped at other Outbacks and asked about options over and over. To break away from my disappointment, I asked to see the Foresters. Again, Dustin was patient while we started the process over looking at Foresters and all the available options which I couldnt seem to keep straight in my head. They did not have the Silver I wanted in the Forester and so Dustin worked to locate one for me. When they found one, he pointed out that he thought even the interior was just the color I wanted. Dustin took care of the trade in paperwork and I was offered a fair amount for my 2007. He remembered to include my remote start for the new Forester and promised to call when it arrived- and it was a day early!! The best part, Dustin spent the time toover how to use/locate all the options in my new Forester and helped me connect my phone!! I never felt pressured, insulted, or hurried- this was tremendoulsy appreciated!!! I look forward to his call to come pick up my new license plates.

My husband and I knew our next vehicle purchase would be a SUV. A lot of research based on how we drive, distance, cruddy winter conditions driving off of the south hill coupled with a lot of heavy sports gear we pack, and city driving with occasional trips led us to the Crosstrek and one other vehicle. The other SUV had a very bad blind spot, but the Crosstrek didnt. We keep our other cars about 16 years, so we knew the Subaru brand has proven to hold their value, which narrowed our parameters even more. All in all, we took it on three test drives, and they even brought it to our house to make sure it would fit in our 1938 garage! The last time we bought a car I lost time how many trips the salesman left his desk to consult with "the manager." This time it was far from a typical car buying experience. It was smooth and not pressured. If a buyer is willing to spend over $20,000 for a car, pressure is the last thing that you need! Our own extensive research, plus our salesman answering smart questions and knowing their product is a key component of np making the car buying decision. The next thing that I would strongly point out is that you dont drive the car off the lot....nope....we were with our salesman for about an hour learning every single detail how to operate the entire system. Even if you are a car tekkie, you will appreciate this, because you wont know everything. If you dont know everything....go back! Theyll answer your questions and hop in the car and explain it, but if one tiny item isnt answered, count on follow-up phone calls with the info you need! You still get service after the sale. The sale is just the beginning of ownership.....thanks Steve, and thanks Subaru for a car that meets and exceeds our expectations!

First of all, I will only buy a car from Steve Blue. He realizes that the best way to make a sale is to deal fairly and honestly with the customer. He is on your side. I had first visited with Steve after meeting with an abusive salesperson from Appleway. She tried to brow beat me into accepting a price for my trade in and for my new purchase that I didnt really want. Steve was completely different. Night and day different. He has always treated me with respect and has always tried to get prices down to a level that I am comfortable with. Secondly, I have had the life time oil changes on both of my new purchases and they have been worth it. Drive in, get your oil changed, car washed, etc, and off you go. I usuallydown to Arbys to eat while they do it. Finally, my last experience with Subaru of Spokane was genuinely easy from start to finish. I never had so little trouble getting a new car.

We were not exactly sure what we were looking for, but with the assistance of Aaron, he explained all the vehicles and the options that would best suit us and we picked out our new car. He even let us bring our dog in to jump in the back of the showroom cars to make sure hed fit. Now thats service! The facility is very nice. I have a silly grin on my face when I think of how great my new vehicle is and how it all came about. The only reason for the 4 on price is because I am tight with my money and it was hard to part with that much but price for product is worth every penny!

I was referred to the Spokane Subaru Dealership from a neighbor in the Richland WA area. She stated that she had a great experience, without high-pressure sales strategies. I also had a very good experience with Drew, and felt that he gave me the "bottom line" and the best deal in the region. Drew new his stuff, and made my buying experience very good. I did not feel pressured, and he worked very quickly with the Subaru staff to process my paperwork, making the experience very positive. When I walked into Subaru I had already been shopping online and knew that I wanted to test drive one of their certified used vehicles, unfortunately when I got there the vehicle I wanted to test drive was not on the lot. While I had done my homework on Subaru in general, I had never been inside one at all, so I asked Dustin if it would be okay to test drive one of the Foresters they did have on the lot just so I could at least see if I wanted to wait for the car I was looking at online. Dustin was nice enough tograb a Forester for me and we took it for a spin, even though it was a trim level I was not interested in. When we got back from the test drive he went over all the differences in that Forester and the one I was interested in. I still had questions, not just about Foresters, but about Outbacks and Subaru in general, so he took me up to the lot to show me the different models they had explaining the differences in them with the pros and cons for what I was looking for in a vehicle.

Aaron called me almost immediately after I made on online inquiry about a 2007 Subaru Impreza. Aaron described an extremely well taken care of vehicle, but being from Seattle, I was a little hesitant to make the 4 hour trek to look at it. Luckily, my dad was in the area and was able to swing by Subaru of Spokane and look at the car. My dad reported that the car was exactly as described in the online ad I had seen. I thought that trading in my vehicle would be a hassle since I was on the other side of the state, but Aaron suggested that I take pics of my trade in and e-mail them to him so that he could give me a quote on trade in value. Aaron presented a fair offer and after a little more negotiation (with help from my dad who was still at the dealership), the deal became even better, plus I was given an interest rate that was .51% lower than what I was paying on my trade-in. I left Seattle at 5 pm and rolled into Spokane at a little after 9 and even though Subaru of Spokane closes at 8 pm, Aaron waited for me and I was able to take a look at it and take it for a test drive. Mary and Aaron had already prepared the paperwork, and after a few quick signatures, I had my 2007 Subaru Impreza!

My wife and I were in the market for a new or certified new car AWD. I stopped in to check out the new Subaru Legacy so I could tell her about it. We were looking at another car up North at another well known dealership that day so I wanted to see what Subaru of Spokane had in our price range. I met with Aaron and he was very helpful and trustworthy in helping me look at Subaru vehicles. I left and met my wife at the other car lot up North and we were very displeased by how we were handled and left very dissatisfied. It was like an act of congress to even get a test drive so we left. I contacted the dealership and let them know what had happened. They came back with a lot of apologies and wanted to make it right with us. I told my wife how nice I was treated at Subaru of Spokane and convinced her to look at the Subaru Legacy. We made an appointment with Aaron,but he was not going to be in on Saturday so he made arrangements for us to meet with someone else. Unfortunately I did not make my appointment because I got called out on a wild land fire instead. On Mothers Day I checked Subaru of Spokanes website and found that they were open by my surprise so the wife and kids headed to Spokane. The large lot up North was closed on our way by so we headed to Subaru of Spokane. I met with Dustin Capshaw and explained who I had dealt with and what had happened. Dustin did his best to fill in and explained Aaron was off and he would fill in for Aaron without me feeling I was doing something wrong. My wife and I were so glad to have another sales person that was as great as my experience with Aaron. Dustin did a great job and helped my kids and I make my wifes Mothers Day a success. I just want to point out an out of the ordinary experience I had with your dealership. I had an unexpected service issue happen with my 2006 B9 Tribeca on 5-7-2013. I stopped by your dealership (for the first time) to see if they could help me with a leaking radiator. Tim Prevett personally came out to examine my vehicle, which I thought was great, and offered to top off my coolant because it appeared low. Tim checked again in the shop and was able to locate a tech who would be wiling to examine my vehicle more thoroughly. After examination it was determined that the problem needed immediate attention.

I do not know what else Mike could have done to help us, he and Mary Alexander made buying our 2014 Forester fun. Neither Mike nor Mary rushed us or made us feel like we were being hustled and we appreciated that after having had a bad experience with David Ju at the "old" Subaru store before the "new" Subaru store moved downtown. That experience with David Ju cost Lithia $500 and Subaru $500, a total of $1,000. So, again, dealing with Mike and Mary was a positive and good experience. We are willing to pay what we need to pay but we like being treated with respect, and that is exactly how Mike and Mary treated us.

We found a 2007 Jeep Commander we liked online at Subaru of Spokane. I started talking on the phone with Aaron and since Im in Montana I was going to have to wait until the weekend to look at the vehicle. Aaron was very kind and sent me pictures and my husband and I asked questions which Aaron happily answered for us. He had a couple days off from work, but went in to his job to take a few pics and also kept in touch with us when we contacted him(as he gave me his cell number to call if I had any questions)even on his days off. I told Aaron we wouldnt be able to come up until the weekend which is when he offered to drive the vehicle to us. I was really amazed at this and told my husband and he too was amazed that hed drive the vehicle that far to deliver it to us. Well, needless to say it saved us a trip to Spokane and we did all the negotiating over the phone. We were given a 60 day warranty on the Jeep and we did have to use it for a minor wiring issue and we had no problems getting it fixed and paid for. My husband and I think Aaron went well above his job expectations to help us get into this vehicle in a very timely manner. When we tell people they delivered it to us, they all are amazed and we definitely give them the name of the dealership and Aaron who drove it here. Mike Doak is a great, friendly and helpful client advisor. We met him first via e-mail and felt he was easy to work with then and, after we met him, that turned out to be true. He listened to our reason for shopping for a new car and helped us find the one we eventually purchased. It had been 17 years since buying our 1996 Subaru Outback so we were unfamiliar with the current process. The only negative aspect of going through with our purchase was having to sit in the office of the very nice finance manager and being told about the additional items we could purchase. We had not anticipated that and felt it was an unneeded come-on, especially since we had arranged to pay for the new car with cash, rather than finance it. Mike knew we are retired and have to be careful with our retirement income but that mattered not in this transaction. Other than that, everyone else we encountered was very courteous and pleasant. A good thing since we had driven a long distance in order to purchase a new car, which we like.

My friend and I visited Subaru of Spokane to look at new/used Foresters. Steve was recommended by a friend and turned out to be one of the best sales pros that Ive ever worked with. He has a exellent knowledge of his available products and values and a very friendly, engaging presentation of them.. He answered each question and showed us a vehicle that met all requirements, including price and financing. The Costco member discount along with the 0% financing made the new car a better buy than a one or two year old used vehicle. Steve explained the process, checked the financing and offered options for the purchase then, before delivery, he observed the application of the paint protection and personally delivered the new Forester to the shop for the undercoating process. The delivery process was well done and my friend was very pleased at the personal attention she received. She called me on her way home using the Bluetooth enabled phone interface, that Steve explained and setup for her, and was very excited about the whole process. This experience was a very good one and I would definately recommend Steve, and Subaru of Spokane, to anyone that mentions buying a new vehicle.

I made an appointment with Drew and very quickly upon arrival we were checking out the vehicles I was interested in. He found one of the vehicles in which I could take a test drive within an hour and we were out on the road. In less than two hours I had reserved the vehicle I wanted to purchase. He called me the next morning to let me know my vehicle had come in early and I picked the vehicle up the next day. The whole process was accomplished in two and a half days for a XV Crosstrek, a vehicle that was hard to find. Drew was superfriendly and easygoing. He even spent time looking for my lost cell phone which I eventually found elsewhere. I truly appreciated the assistance. Also, I had ordered a clear bra and Drew made sure that service called me to schedule. All of this was through the Costco auto purchasing program, but I was treated as a special customer nonetheless. In going over everything in the vehicle, he did so with clear information of which I remembered most of the items. Amazing to me as it was a lot of info. He has followed up to make sure service completed their installation and offered his assistance if I had any questions. Probably the best new car buying experience Ive ever had!!!!

Sent in an internet request to all 3 local dealers. Craig from Subaru of Spokane contacted us right away about purchasing the Outback, the others were a lot slower and did not seem interested in selling us a car, and Subaru of Spokane was the farthest one away of the 3. I was pretty specific about what I wanted and Craig suggested the best route towould be to order the car. I was a little leary about this as I figured it would take months to get, but Craig was confident that he would be able to have the exact car I want in about a month. We worked out a price over email and then I came in to finalize everything. I was a little worried at first as the order said it would be January, not the end of November like Craig assured me. Well a couple days after the order was placed, Craig sent me an email saying that the car would be in at the beginning of December. A week later he sent another email stating that it would be in around Thanksgiving. Well the day after Thanksgiving, I called Craig and sure enough the car was there, so my wife and I came in and picked up our new Outback. What a great experience, Craig had all the paperwork done quickly and out of there in no time. We were already browsing through Subaru of Spokane website before deciding todown to the store. I found a 2009 Subaru Forester and the mileage was great so we decided to put in an online application. Cora Cooper contacted me right away, and we decided to check the vehicle in person so we can test drive it. As soon as we enter the store a salesman greeted us and asks if we are looking for a specific salesperson and I told him that we have an appointment with Cora Cooper and he was very professional with us and told us that he willget Cora himself. As soon as Cora came in, she gave us a huge smile and greeted us, then we went straight to business and she showed us the vehicle that weGÇÖve been wanting, we took the vehicle for a test drive and decided and after that we decided we want to buy the vehicle. Cora helped us through the ordeal of filling out the application and the waiting for our loan to get approved. At first we got approved but we are required to put more down payments plus the interest went sky high so we declined the offer. They tried and tried but since it was already late we decided not tothrough with mainly because we are not going to pay for a car loanGÇÖs interest that is so high. We told Cora that we are going to check on our bank if we can get a loan. The following day around noon I got a voicemail from Cora saying that a bank took our loan and give us a very good interest rate and that she wants us todown to the store. So we decided todown to check it out but in our mind we are not going to get a higher interest rate. She was all smiles and told us that we got approved from STCU and that they gave us a really low interest rate, and we were like seriously? WowGǪ. We were really happy and that we proceed in signing up the entire paperwork. Cora even followed us home to get a copy of our paystub which is so nice cos we donGÇÖt have toback to the store to give it to them. If you want a salesperson that will help you from beginning to end just to get the vehicle of your dreams CORA COOPER is the one, she is honest, helpful (not because she want to make money out of you but she is genuine), and funny. While researching the new XV Crosstrek, I came across a Subaru dealers website from the east cost that was offering a great deal on pre-orders of this new car, pricing it below invoice. I wasnt expecting to see a dealer offering such a good deal on a pre-order of a new car (especially a completely new model). So I started doing the numbers in my head and figured out that with the money I would save, I could take a free road trip, but I wanted to see if any other dealers in the Spokane / CdA area would honor the same price. The first two I called said they couldnt honor that price. Then I called Subaru of Spokane, spoke with Aaron Hauer and without hesitation he said "sure, we can do that." I was surprised. So a month later I headed to Subaru of Spokane to order my new car. Everything was great, nothing was hidden and there were no surprises. I even called to change the color twice, as well as different features and Aaron and James jumped through numerous hoops to help me out. I really appreciate the excellent service I have received and look forward to working with Aaron and James in a couple months when my car is set to arrive. Craig Mesenbrink taught us that before a new car owner leaves the lot, they must be able to find all the handles, gadgets and buttons. Then during the hour plus he spent with us before we left the dealership with our new Impreza, Craig showed us exactly how to use each and every button and gadget. We would never have been able to use the blue tooth connection without Craigs patient and clear guidance. The Forester I inquired about was in stock so I came down and met Craig where he went over the whole car prior and answered all my questions about why a Subaru was the best car for my family. I called the service department last Saturday (Sept. 22) I asked if there was a possibility to get my Subaru in for an oil change. Danny answered the phone was very courteous & said he would be able to accomodate me at 3:30. I arrived at the dealership about 3:15 and I was immediately greeted by Danny who told me it would take about an hour for my car to be serviced. I was told there was coffee in the waiting room and to make myself comfortable. I was told I wasnt able to get a car wash because there wasnt anyone available to do it. I had just had my car washed that morning so it wasnt a big deal. My acar was actually completed in a half hour. I was pleasantly surprised. Danny reviewed the paper work with me. There wasnt much to it as I have only had the car 5 months.

I wanted to test drive the new Impreza Sport so on St. Pattys Day of 2012 I went down to Subaru of Spokane. I ended up buying it after one test drive. Working with Jodi was a blast. This was my first brand new card purchase so I was a little nervous about the whole process. She made it fun and quick. The entire team there at Subaru Spokane was so professional and personable - it was a very positive experience. I love my new ride and have told everyone about the great experience with Jodi. I ran into her a Starbucks (not literally) about 6 weeks after my purchase and she came right up to me to see how the car was treating me. Shes just great. We had probably the best car buying experience with Mike. Having purchased cars in the past at other dealerships, we werent expecting the wonderful customer service and comfortable approach. As a consumer, I have developed over the years, a discomfort at car dealerships. After my experience at Subaru, I dont want to buy a car anywhere else. Mikeys approach felt very comfortable and professional. He made us feel relaxed and did not put any pressure on our decision. After our purchase, I did not feel uncomfortable or nervous calling him with questions or concerns. Unfortunately, the car he sold us was so great he will probably retire before we buy a new one. After a time-consuming and useless visit to Parker Subaru in Post Falls, I decided to try the Costco Auto Program that Camp Subaru participates in. The salesman (Jason) called me within 5 minutes of submitting my online info and saved my at least $1000 over Parker Subaru, all within a few minutes of arriving at Camp Subaru. He did not have to make 4 trips to his "manager" to see if he could come up with a better price like the salesman at Parker Subaru. Save your time and money and avoid the crooks at Parker Subaru and buy your next new Subaru at Camp.
